Dispatch
- Please note once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.
- In the case your address or contact details are incorrect please contact us as soon as possible to amend.
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be processed the same day. Dispatch may be delayed up to 24 hours during sales and holiday periods. Orders are only processed Monday - Friday during business hours.
Delivery
- You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been processed for dispatch.
- We recommend adding your tracking to the Australia Post app to receive tracking updates. Please note Australia Post are no longer leaving cards if you are not home to sign for your parcel.
- All orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Times
- We will make every effort to have your order delivered as soon as possible, within 5 - 7 days for Metro areas and 5 - 10 days elsewhere.
